The CMO will work closely with executive leadership, supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams, and participate in a shared call schedule averaging 1–4 calls per month , with nurse triage handling initial calls. ? Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Primary care physician with leadership experience or a strong interest in serving as Chief Medical Officer Eligible for a New Mexico Medical License Demonstrated leadership, operational management, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary clinical teams.
