The role also includes shared call (14 times per month), with nurse triage handling first-call responsibilities. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Experience in primary care with leadership experience or interest in serving as a CMO Eligible for a New Mexico medical license Strong leadership, relationship-building, operational, and strategic growth skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary clinical teams.
