Job Description
I am seeking a Medical Director for a full-service veterinary hospital that places the care, diagnosis, and treatment of pets as their primary concern. The individual in this role will manage the hospital and ensure the highest quality of veterinary care, exceptional client service, associate engagement, and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team. The Medical Director is also responsible for mentoring, training, and collaborating with the hospital's team of doctors. The Medical Director should also know how to have fun and be able to lead a positive culture within the hospital and encourage staff to value the balance of work and personal life. Ideal qualities include being personable, humble, confident, hardworking, and dedicated to high quality companion animal general practice (internal medicine and general surgery).
