Director of Behavior Services Williamsville, NY | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Days $38.40 - $48.00/hour + Outstanding Benefits Lead Behavioral Innovation. Shape Agency-Wide Impact. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Behavior Services to lead behavioral strategy and clinical support across our residential, educational, vocational, and community-based programs. This is more than a leadership role — it's an opportunity to build programs, mentor clinical teams, drive innovation, and directly improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Western New York. What You'll Do ✔ Lead and oversee agency-wide behavior services and behavioral support initiatives ✔ Supervise behavior coordinators, behavior technicians, and related clinical staff ✔ Partner with executive leadership to strengthen and expand behavioral programming ✔ Ensure compliance with OPWDD, DOH, CMS, OMH, and SED standards ✔ Help implement evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Informed Care, ABA, Positive Supports, and person-centered practices ✔ Support interdisciplinary teams across residential, education, vocational, and clinical services ✔ Develop behavioral strategies that improve outcomes for the people we support ✔ Collaborate on staff training, quality improvement, and program development initiatives Qualifications We are seeking experienced clinical or behavioral leaders with: Master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Behavior Analysis, School Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a related clinical/treatment field OR Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field with BCBA or NYS LBA credentials
PLUS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Experience developing, implementing, and overseeing behavior support or treatment plans Experience supervising or mentoring staff in behavioral or clinical settings • Strong understanding of OPWDD and related regulatory requirements Valid NYS Driver's License with reliable transportation Why Join The Arc Erie County?
