NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island About Us NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island is a 591-bed, university-affiliated medical center and Level 1 Trauma Center . We are expanding our hospital medicine team and seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physicians to join our academic hospitalist program. Position Highlights Administrative leadership roles in Inpatient Hospital Medicine Inpatient hospitalist role with teaching responsibilities Inpatient hospitalist role with Oncology co-management Opportunities to participate in Home Hospital Program and Attending-Only service Academic affiliation with NYU Grossman School of Medicine Qualifications BC/BE in Internal Medicine Strong interest in inpatient medicine and teaching Research or academic medicine interest is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salaried pay based on years of experience Paid CME, malpractice insurance, and vacation Comprehensive benefits package Salary starts at $265k for new graduates for Academic Hospitalist or Oncology Hospitalist. Salary starts at $300k for Medical Unit Director. The salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.
