This is a key executive role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of medical care, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes across the organization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned physician with strong leadership skills, a passion for quality improvement, and experience in long-term care or post-acute settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple facilities Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and best practices Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local medical regulations Oversee quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams Support physician and provider performance and education Review and support medical care plans, infection control, and clinical risk management Participate in audits, surveys, and regulatory readiness
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) required Board certification in relevant specialty preferred Active medical license in state(s) of practice Strong experience in long-term care, post-acute, or geriatrics preferred Proven leadership and clinical governance experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills This is an opportunity to lead clinical excellence across a growing organization and shape the future of care.
