Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CMO is a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for advancing clinical quality, innovation, provider engagement, and strategic growth while maintaining an active primary care practice. This unique opportunity offers approximately 50% senior leadership and 50% direct patient care, allowing you to influence organizational strategy while continuing to care for patients. Qualifications Required MD or DO from an accredited medical school with completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. Board Certified in a primary care specialty. Current, unrestricted Ohio medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment), DEA registration, and BLS certification. Minimum of three to five years of clinical practice experience with demonstrated physician leadership experience or strong interest/desire. Preferred Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or other integrated primary care setting. Experience leading quality improvement, value-based care, population health, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Experience mentoring physicians and advanced practice providers, managing provider performance, and driving clinical excellence.
