This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities in a mission-driven, community-focused environment. The role is structured as approximately 50% administrative leadership and 50% outpatient clinical care. The Medical Director will oversee clinical operations, support provider development, participate in quality initiatives, and collaborate with executive leadership while maintaining an outpatient patient panel with a manageable pace of approximately three patients per hour. The organization operates multiple outpatient health centers and provides integrated medical, behavioral health, and community-based services to underserved populations throughout the region. Providers enjoy strong support staff, stable scheduling, and a collaborative culture focused on improving access to care.
