Bartels Busack Pet Hospital is a privately owned, AAHA-accredited small animal practice with over 50 years in the community. We're looking for a Medical Director to guide our team, support continued growth, and help shape the future of our hospital.

Your Role:

Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians and support staff Maintain high standards of medical care and client experience Help guide hospital growth with new ideas and services Collaborate with leadership on operations and team development

Compensation:

$170,000-$200,000, based on experience

Schedule & Workflow:

Predictable daytime schedule No overnight care Structured appointments with limited same-day add-ons Dedicated time for surgery and medical workups
