Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an expanding ENT program within a 568-bed supportive hospital that is committed to growing specialty services and keeping care close to home.
Position Details:
Opportunity to work with this well-respected community hospital's team to set expectations and provide valuable insight as to how the ENT practice should develop as the ENT Medical Director Significant community demand and strong internal referral base supported by an extensive primary care network 568-bed hospital with modern OR suites, surgical support team, dedicated APPs, Epic EMR, and strong administrative support Bread-and-butter cases (subspecialty interests welcome) and shared call coverage - no more than 7 call days per month Highly competitive base salary, bonuses, generous PTO, and more
