$100,000 - $125,000 per yearJob Description:
Seeking an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Director/Supervisor to lead our mental health services team. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health care by our clinical staff. This leadership role requires a strong background in mental health practices and policies, best practices, and ethics established by licensing boards and the state of Oregon. A working knowledge of the standards, rules, and regulations established by the Oregon Health Authority is necessary. This position will play a pivotal role in maintaining our organization's approach to mental health treatment and support.Necessary skills:
Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff and interns Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive treatment programs tailored to diverse patient needs Oversee patient care plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve service delivery Conduct assessments and provide direct counseling services Facilitate clinical staff training on emerging therapeutic techniques and ethical standards, and maintain records of clinical staff continuing education requirements and adherence Ensure clinical staff and organizational compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational polices related to mental health services Audit clinical chart notes for compliance with regulatory standardsJob Requirements:
Working in person at the clinic Licensed mental health professional (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) Must be, or able to be, licensed in Oregon and certified as an approved supervisor in the state of Oregon Proven leadership experience in a mental health setting or healthcare organization Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple high-level tasks while maintaining high standards of care Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about current mental health research and practices Minimum of 5 years' experience in the mental health field.
