+ Outpatient position - Lancaster, PA - Monday-Friday days; excellent work-life balance + Great career opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team with expertise in the treatment of social, emotional and behavioral issues affecting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID). + Provides clinical consultation, education, and supervision to CADD team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. + Offers case consultation and clinical guidance to WellSpan Health community providers + Participate actively in CADD's program development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. + Delivers clinical oversight and supervision to advanced practice providers, ensuring adherence to best practice and regulatory standards. + Provides supervision of medical students and residents through participation in the WellSpan Health medical education program.

• Minimum Education:

• + Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or + Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

• Licenses:

• + Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or + Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

• Courses and Training:

• + Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry or the American Osteopathic Board of Psychiatry. Upon Hire Required and + Completion of a Psychiatry residency and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Upon Hire Required and + Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of York Hospital. Upon Hire Required
