Compensation Employee Rate:

$290,305k•$322,561k annually (Includes malpractice insurance) Contractor-1099: $250•$273 per hour (must have or provide your own malpractice insurance) What You Will Do to Change Lives As a medical director you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver on the following areas;

Leadership & Strategy:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure alignment with the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.

Medical Oversight:

Supervise and support clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

Operational Management:

Collaborate with leaders to improve operational efficiency and implement new policies.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.

Provider Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to promote collaboration and engagement.

Performance Metrics:

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals and optimize outcomes.
