Remote - offsite Leading Pharmaceutical Company located in NJ is hiring a Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs w/5 + years industry experience. If you want to be a part of this groundbreaking work, please apply! Responsibilities Support global congress planning activities from initial development to post-event follow-up, ensuring timely and effective execution for 4-5 Tier 1 immunology congresses annually. Develop and maintain congress materials, including briefing documents, KOL profiles, and digital assets accessible to stakeholders. Coordinate global KOL engagement strategies, aligning stakeholder activities across regions to ensure scientific consistency and effective relationship management. Facilitate cross-functional meetings among Medical Affairs, R D, Commercial, and regional teams to promote alignment and visibility of activities and messaging. Ensure operational excellence by tracking deliverables, documenting key decisions, and identifying workflow efficiencies to enhance project outcomes. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Global Medical Affairs, with congress experience strongly preferred 8-10 years of total industry experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and follow-through Customer-oriented mindset for both internal and external stakeholders System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
