Job Description The primary focus of the Medical Director is to oversee and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care to geriatric patients of the community.

Details:

• Full-time, direct hire position
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Primarily work from home
• Local travel to patient homes may be needed, though rare; travel on-site for in-person team meetings and one-on-ones with other clinicians
• Mentor and guide the clinical team including advanced practitioners

• Valid Ohio medical license
