  • Full-time Job Description Revolution Behavioral Health Inc is hiring for its South Central District behavioral team in partnership with the Hawaii Department of Education.
We are hiring District Behavioral Directors to provide clinical leadership across the district. This is a school-based leadership role. You may or may not carry a small direct student caseload depending on district needs. This is a school-based position that follows the Hawaii DOE instructional calendar, with holiday breaks observed. Summer hours are available based on district need. What You'll Be Responsible For Setting and maintaining unified clinical standards for all direct service providers in the district, both DOE and contracted LBAs Reviewing clinical quality and service fidelity across providers Reviewing FBAs against the district clinical standard Managing district caseload assignments and ensuring IEP-mandated service hours are being fulfilled Developing and maintaining the district FBA and clinical service standards Leading district-wide LBA training and support meetings Producing quarterly clinical quality reports Provider Liaison track: coordinating the contracted provider roster, verifying service hours, and reviewing billing accuracy Requirements Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing Active Hawaii LBA license (DCCA). Out-of-state applicants delivering virtually must hold dual licensure (Hawaii DCCA plus resident-state board) Experience supervising LBAs or holding clinical authority over multiple providers QBS Safety-Care certification, or willingness to certify upon hire Preferred School-based or DOE-aligned ABA experience CentralReach proficiency or willingness to learn
Compensation:
Target earnings $90,000+/year This role is paid hourly based on billable service hours, with a standard schedule of 30 billable hours per week. Total pay increases with billable hours delivered beyond the standard.
