continuity, relationships, prevention, personalization, and intelligent systems-driven care. ⸻ Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Provide physician oversight and medical leadership across concierge care operations Assist with clinical protocols, quality standards, and interdisciplinary collaboration Participate in development of continuity-care systems and personalized care models Concierge & Telehealth Care Conduct telehealth consultations and concierge in-home evaluations Support individualized treatment planning and longitudinal care management Collaborate with NPs, nurses, caregivers, and specialists AI-Enabled Healthcare Innovation Help integrate AI-assisted diagnostics and continuity-care systems into patient care workflows Participate in development of intelligent care coordination models and future digital twin infrastructure Collaboration & Expansion Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team focused on proactive, personalized healthcare Opportunity to contribute to future healthcare innovation initiatives and platform development ⸻ Qualifications Required Active MD or DO license in applicable state Board certification preferred Strong communication and patient relationship skills Preferred Specialties Internal Medicine Family Medicine Psychiatry Geriatrics Preventive Medicine Concierge Medicine Functional/Integrative Medicine Palliative Care Longevity Medicine ⸻ Ideal Candidate We are seeking physicians who: value patient relationships over volume, believe healthcare should become more intelligent and proactive, are curious about AI-enabled healthcare systems, and want to help shape the future of personalized medicine.
