Job Description
Total Annual Compensation:
$725,000 (inclusive of Directorship stipend).Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $100,000.Retention & Support:
Comprehensive benefits, CME funds ($4,000/yr), and $1,000 for licensing.Loan Forgiveness:

Monday-Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.Clinical Flexibility:
4-day work week or flexible patient contact hours.Dedicated Admin Time:
8 hours of protected administrative time per week.Call:
Phone-only, limited to 8 days per month. As the clinical face of our oncology service line, your responsibilities will include:Strategic Oversight:
Collaborating with the CTC Director and Administration to steer operations, staffing, and patient satisfaction.Quality & Innovation:
Chairing the Sky Lakes Oncology Committee and spearheading quality assurance and performance improvement activities.Mentorship:
Leading the recruitment, orientation, and professional development of physicians and APPs.Advocacy:
Serving as the primary advisor to the Medical Staff and Governing Board on all matters of medical oncology. We are looking for a dynamic communicator who leads with both humility and courage.Education:
Board Certification and Fellowship training in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology (MD/DO).Experience:
A minimum of 5 years post-fellowship clinical experience.Leadership:
Proven track record in physician recruitment and mentorship. Experience leading tumor boards or utilization committees is highly prioritized.
