Physician, Medical Director

Job Summary This opportunity presents a flexible practice/clinical arrangement for experienced Physician residing in South California, especially if you're planning on retiring or reducing your work burden. The candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients at the site at a flexible schedule. This role requires the ability and readiness to work collaboratively with nurse practitioners in delivering the care. Our flexible solution will permit the candidate to secure steady income owning the practice/professional corporation, while not incurring any risk and managerial burden, keeping the workload light and maintaining healthy work to life balance. Duties Direct thorough patient assessments and development of individualized treatment plans. Provide and supervise primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of chronic conditions. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Direct and supervise documentation of patient interactions accurately. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and preventive measures. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols. Maintain healthcare provider status for billing purposes. Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Valid California medical license. Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, particularly in primary care or nursing home environments. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of current medical practices and advancements in healthcare delivery.
