Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Director for a hybrid role in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The Medical Director (Out-Patient) is a highly visible role with Provider oversight required. This is a hybrid role with one- two days on-site required and the balance can be done remotely. Full and Part-Time options are available. Currently 3 clinics with 10 NPs and PAs (there are 2 other psychiatrists providing a small amount of supervision as well). Plans to actively grow the organization - details and plans being worked through but there's likelihood of adding additional clinics and team members. Could be open to PT or FT; if FT would need to be able to commit to some in person time in the Triad area of North Carolina. Current clinics are in Winston Salem and Greensboro. Needs to be board certified in psychiatry, comfortable with midlevel supervision, growth plans, and working with Spravato/TMS tre Excellent Compensation and benefits package as well as a stipend as a Medical Director and Provider oversight responsibilities.
