Providence, RI Job Details 13 hours ago Full Job Description FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community!
Position Summary:
Responsible for the implementation, and oversight of FSRI's emergency services programming for FSRI's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and the agency as a whole. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care, creates a trauma-informed, team environment to deliver high quality services that follow CCBHC, DCYF, and BHDDH guidelines. Provides supervision to clinical supervisors and staff of programs including Adult and Children's Crisis (including MRSS) and well as agency-wide Emergency Response System. Collaborates with community partners to provide crisis services to other entities. Maintains and collects data around service utilization to share with funding sources, leadership team and other stakeholders. The Director may act as the agency's "expert" on crisis intervention and provide consultation and support to both internal programs, as well as community partners, as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required Required to be independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor Experience providing treatment in a behavioral health setting and a minimum of 2 years prior clinical supervisory experience required Experience providing emergency evaluation required Experience with substance use treatment preferred QMHP required Ability to multi-task and provide leadership to clinical supervisors and multi-disciplinary team members High level of administrative skills required Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated Flexible schedule with some evenings Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must Ability to work independently and part of a team Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay. Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay
Physical Requirements:
This position requires community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to: Current driver's license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance Ability to communicate effectively Travel to and from clients' residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators Ability to lift up to 20lbs Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements Don't meet every single requirement?
