A rapidly growing, membership-based veterinary care organization is seeking a Medical Director / Lead Veterinarian to lead clinical operations, mentor veterinary teams, and help shape a modern, hospitality-driven approach to pet care. This role combines hands-on medicine with leadership responsibilities, supporting both doctor development and operational excellence in a collaborative, low-stress environment designed for pets, clients, and care teams alike. This role is located in the Greater Boston area. Relocation assistance will be provided. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician and people leader who is passionate about high-quality medicine, team development, and creating an exceptional client experience.
