• a vibrant small town with easy access to the beach Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Establish and uphold medical standards of care Lead case management, diagnostics, and treatment planning Perform surgeries and dentistry (with opportunity to expand offerings) Support growth in surgical and advanced medical capabilities Mentorship & Team Development Mentor and develop associate veterinarian(s), particularly in surgery and complex cases Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team culture Partner closely with leadership on recruiting and team growth Hospital Growth & Strategy Help expand services Provide input on new investments and upgrades Support workflow improvements and efficiency Ideal Candidate DVM or equivalent, licensed (or eligible) in South Carolina 5+ years of experience preferred Strong surgical skills Passion for mentorship and developing other doctors Confident, collaborative leader who enjoys building and improving systems

8:00 AM
