Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director - Physician to lead our Medical Spa ensuring high-quality patient care, and uphold regulatory standards within our healthcare organization. Duties Provide expert medical leadership with healthcare standards and organizational goals Oversee the management of medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accurate documentation of patient care activities Supervise clinical staff, including nurses, and allied health professionals, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards of patient care Extensive knowledge of medical spas Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, FDA guidelines, NCQA standards, and utilization management protocols
