05-26-2026 About the Role The Assistant Program Director assists with oversight of assigned behavioral health programs while ensuring Camelot's values of Excellence, Integrity, Sustainability, Innovation, People-Centered, and Fun are demonstrated for every client served. This role supports the Behavioral Health Program Director in overseeing clinical services including outpatient, CCFT, school-based, and contracted services. The Assistant Program Director will maintain a clinical caseload, assist with supervision of clinical staff, and ensure clinical quality in documentation, service delivery, and collaboration with wellness partners, THP. Responsibilities Assist with oversight of assigned behavioral health programs Support the Behavioral Health Program Director with outpatient, CCFT, school-based, and contracted services Maintain an active clinical caseload Assist with clinical supervision of therapists and coordinators Ensure clinical quality in documentation and service delivery Collaborate with wellness partners and community stakeholders including THP Support compliance with state and contractual requirements Demonstrate leadership aligned with Camelot's organizational values Provide mentoring and support to clinical team members Utilize Microsoft Office programs for documentation and communication Maintain CPR and First Aid certification requirements Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Master's degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four-year college or university eligible for advanced clinical licensure in Tennessee Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment Experience supervising clinicians preferred CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to working with clients Knowledge of state and/or contractual requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Leadership background in Behavioral Health Strong organizational, communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills Sensitivity to diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds
