This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys mentorship, leadership, and practicing high-quality medicine while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance. We're looking for a personable and motivated DVM with 3+ years of clinical experience who is passionate about patient care, team development, and helping shape the future of a thriving community-focused practice. The Opportunity As Co-Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to: Provide clinical leadership while maintaining an active caseload
Mentor and support fellow veterinarians and support staff
Collaborate on medical protocols, patient care standards, and hospital initiatives
Promote a culture of teamwork, learning, and accountability
Help drive hospital growth while preserving the compassionate care our clients value
Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on veterinary medicine Schedule 4 day schedule

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
