Director (RN) Medical Surgical/Swing Bed Unit Big Bend Regional Medical Center is your community medical provider, serving the Big Bend region of Texas and its residents with emergency, laboratory, women's and surgical services. Position Details:
Full-Time Position Job Summary:
Accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in the Medical Surgical/Swing Bed Unit Overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management for the unit
Qualifications:
BSN required, MSN or masters in related field preferred 5+ years acute care experience required, critical care experience preferred 3+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred Active Texas RN License required
