The Position :

1.0 FTE opportunity: 20% Clinical 80% Leadership APP supervision requirements EHR - Elation Additional clinical duties/expectations/requirements

Qualifications :

Degree from fully accredited school of medicine Successful completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty Physician must meet employer credentialing standards Leadership experience.
