Together, we deliver a refined healthcare experience that blends luxury aesthetics with trusted medical care. We are growing and seeking a strong leader to oversee both marketing strategy and front office operations. Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing & Front Office Director to lead brand growth, patient acquisition, and front desk operations for both our medical spa and primary care practice. This is a leadership role for someone who understands luxury service standards, healthcare operations, and data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate can think strategically while also executing tactically. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Patient Experience Management Oversee daily front desk operations Ensure a luxury-level patient experience from check-in to checkout Verify insurance and benefits (primary care patients) Ensure all intake, consent, and compliance documentation is complete Collect co-pays, balances, and package payments Manage scheduling efficiency and minimize gaps Supervise front desk team performance and training Ensure insurance verification accuracy and workflow efficiency Resolve escalated patient concerns professionally Marketing Leadership & Growth Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for aesthetics and primary care Oversee digital marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads, email campaigns) Strengthen brand positioning and online reputation management Build referral partnerships with local medical offices and businesses Plan in-house events, promotions, and community outreach Track KPIs including ROI, patient acquisition cost, and retention metrics Medical Spa Sales & Conversion Present and confidently sell aesthetic treatment packages and memberships Convert consultations into booked treatments Educate patients on treatment plans (e.g., injectables, laser, skin rejuvenation, weight loss programs) Identify upsell opportunities aligned with provider recommendations Track and improve daily and monthly sales metrics Train front desk team on consultative sales techniques Qualifications 5+ years experience in healthcare, medical spa, or luxury service leadership Proven marketing strategy and execution experience Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms Experience managing front office or clinic operations Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Data-driven mindset with revenue growth focus Ideal Candidate You understand aesthetics — not just operations.
