Job Description
Overview Great outcomes start with great people and Armor has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Director to lead our clinical team at Cache County-Utah in Logan, Utah. Responsibilities Provide and oversee medical diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and care of patients in a correctional facility
Provide and manage direct medical patient care
Maintain medical records and charts documenting all medical services rendered
Direct, coordinate and supervise clinical services provided by professional staff; review and approve treatment protocols, clinical policies and procedures; and provide in-service training for the clinical staff Qualifications State license as a MD/DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible
DEA license
Current CPR certification
Supervisory experience in correctional health care preferred
Proficient with electronic medical records
