Duties Clinical Leadership:

Oversee clinical operations, including IV nutrient therapy, longevity screenings, and regenerative protocols. Provide clinical leadership by developing and implementing medical policies aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as NCQA standards and HIPAA regulations.

Patient Care:

Direct patient consultations, ensuring a high-touch, personalized experience that focuses on optimization and prevention. Manage EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to enhance documentation accuracy, data security, and workflow efficiency.

Compliance:

Maintain the highest standards of safety, US medical regulations, and quality assurance. Conduct regular reviews of patient care quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed industry benchmarks.

Growth Partner:

Work alongside the executive team to refine service offerings and scale the clinic's impact. Skills Medical Degree (MD or DO): Must hold a current, active license to practice medicine in the United States.

Experience:

At least 2 years of direct patient-handling experience (Residency experience counts!). Extensive knowledge of managed care principles, healthcare management strategies, and utilization management techniques.

Mindset:

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and genuinely interested in the science of longevity and cellular health.

Communication:

Exceptional bedside manner and the ability to explain complex medical concepts to a wellness-focused clientele. Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, patients, regulatory bodies, and executive leadership.
