Amazing Opportunity:
NP or MD Aesthetic Injector & Medical Director Well Medical Arts is a thriving, patient-focused aesthetic medicine practice specializing in advanced injectable treatments, wellness optimization, and non-surgical rejuvenation. We pride ourselves on delivering natural-looking results with the highest standards of safety and care. We are seeking a passionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Medical Doctor (MD) to join our team as a full-time Aesthetic Injector and Medical Director . This is more than a clinical role — it is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the practice, assume medical leadership, with potential for the right candidate to step into an ownership role in the future. Position Overview You will serve as the primary injector while acting as Medical Director, providing clinical oversight and helping shape the future direction of the practice. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, clinically excellent, and interested in a long-term partnership. Key Responsibilities Perform full-scope aesthetic injectable and wellness consultations and treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, hormone balancing, lasers, Sculptra, PRP, etc.) Act as
Medical Director :
Provide medical oversight, develop and maintain clinical protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise all medical services Build and maintain a loyal patient base through outstanding results and patient experience Collaborate with the current owner on practice growth strategies, marketing, and operational decisions Mentor support staff and uphold our reputation for clinical excellence Qualifications Active NP or MD license (with appropriate injectable certifications) Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics (Botox, fillers, etc.) Strong injector skills with a commitment to natural, artistic results Experience or willingness to serve as Medical Director Excellent bedside manner and ability to build patient trust Entrepreneurial mindset and strong interest in practice management Passion for aesthetics and wellness What We Offer Competitive base salary + generous production-based compensation (uncapped earning potential) Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, malpractice, etc.) Continuing education allowance and advanced training opportunities State-of-the-art facility and high-end patient demographics Significant long-term opportunity : The current owner is actively seeking a motivated successor to eventually transition full ownership of Well Medical Arts. $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
