This is a dual-impact position : 70% Clinical Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population. 30% Administrative Lead clinical teams, drive performance, and support strategic goals in partnership with clinic operations leadership.

A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine. An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel.
