Now Hiring:
Temporary Medical Records Director Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Medical Records Director for a 90-day assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. $33+ per hour 90-day assignment with opportunity for permanent hireKey Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the facility's medical records system in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of resident records Manage electronic and paper chart systems Coordinate audits and assist with regulatory surveys Work closely with nursing and administrative teams to support documentation practicesQualifications:
