Job Description

Now Hiring:
Temporary Medical Records Director Bridge Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Medical Records Director for a 90-day assignment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. We are proud to offer a supportive team environment and a reputation as a great place to work.
Compensation:
$33+ per hour 90-day assignment with opportunity for permanent hire
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the facility's medical records system in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of resident records Manage electronic and paper chart systems Coordinate audits and assist with regulatory surveys Work closely with nursing and administrative teams to support documentation practices
Qualifications:
Previous experience in medical records within a skilled nursing or healthcare setting Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred If you are a detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity with growth potential, we encourage you to apply.
