You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, including Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, Psychotherapists, and Massage Therapists, all dedicated to holistic, patient-centered care. Compensation:

$90,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement clinical protocols that align with evidence-based practices and holistic wellness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development. Engage with the community to promote the clinic's services and holistic health initiatives effectively. Oversee and grow our IV Nutrient Medicine program. Oversee and mentor Resident ND's if and when we have Residents on staff. Maintain healthcare safety and compliance. Lead + Inspire, and model a value in holistic, collaborative healthcare.

Qualifications:

Active ND license in WA State and 5+ Years practicing. Experience in leading or supervising a team. Preferably, multidisciplinary healthcare teams with a focus on integrative, patient-centered care. Strong collaboration skills to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. Interest and availability to work on-site in Vancouver, WA, full-time. Interest and ability to grow our Medical program overall. Confidence in developing clinical protocols. Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
