Provide Quality Care and Leadership in Washington Wine Country!Responsibilities:
Serve as Medical Director for the Yakima NICU . This role comes with a $35,000 annual leadership stipend and provides the chance to guide a vital regional program serving rural families across South Central Washington. The Medical Director will maintain a full complement of core Neonatology clinical duties while also providing administrative and strategic leadership to support the growth and stability of the practice. Recruitment & team development Quality initiatives and program development Business and operational oversight Community and regional representation About the Practice MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital (MYMH) is home to a 15-bed LevelIIIA NICU
serving as the regional perinatal center for Yakima County and several surrounding counties. It is the only LevelIII NICU
within a 70‑mile radius, providing indispensable support to multiple rural and critical access hospitals. 2500 deliveries annually ADC of about 5 patients Currently offering conventional mechanical ventilation and bubble CPAP Speech/Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists provide consultation, neurodevelopmental assessments, and recommendations for developmentally supportive therapies. Pay Range (Base Pay) : $300,000 - $320,000Other Types of Pay :
$35,000 medical director stipend. Eligible for discretionary practice physician bonus. Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:Health Insurance :

Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.Paid Sick Leave :
Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.NOTE:
The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.Method of Application :
