FULL-TIME DIRECT HIRE

Occupational Medicine Director, New Berlin, WI Provenir Healthcare is excited to offer this Occupational Medicine Leadership opportunity to Physicians licensed in the state of Wisconsin . This exciting role allows you to continue your desire for patient care along with utilizing your strong management skills, to create a supportive work environment for your Team!

LOCATION

New Berlin, WI 90% Clinical 10% Administrative Up to $75K Sign on

Monthly and Quarterly Bonus Incentive Potential M-F:

8a to 5p

NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS, NO CALL

30+ days off per year Treat scheduled and walk-in urgent care patients in an outpatient setting Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses Perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physicals

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted medical license Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date) Must be eligible to participate in Medicare Board Certification or Eligibility

FMCSA NRCME

certification preferred or willingness to obtain 2 years of clinical or supervisory experience preferred 2 years of managed care experience preferred CALL or
