Urgent Care Physician & Medical Director -

Green Bay, Wisconsin Lead and Practice in a Dynamic Urgent Care Environment Bellin Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced physician to serve in a dual role as Urgent Care Physician (0.9 FTE) and Medical Director of Urgent Care (0.1 FTE) . This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership , guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and comfortable leading and supporting other providers in a collaborative environment. Position Highlights Full-time (1.0 FTE) 0.9 Clinical 0.1 Medical Director responsibilities

Schedule:

40 hours/week 8-12 hour shifts

Clinic Hours:

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (7 days/week) No call responsibilities Rotating weekend schedule Average volume: 30-40 patients per day Team-based care: Typically 1-2 APCs per shift Practice Details Leadership role supporting Urgent Care provider group Fast-paced environment with a wide variety of patient cases Collaborative care model with strong APP support Onsite Services Physical Therapy Ultrasound Behavioral Health Occupational Health Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in: Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program Eligible for and able to maintain unrestricted licensure Meet all Bellin Medical Staff requirements Required certifications:

PALS, ACLS, ATLS
