Medical Director Location:
Pine Meadows Recovery, Kenosha, Wisconsin Job Type:
Full-time, Part Time, Contracted Overview Pine Meadows Recovery is seeking an experienced and visionary Medical Director to lead our clinical team. The Medical Director will be responsible for overseeing all medical services and ensuring that the highest standards of care are provided across our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and substance use treatment, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities 1. Provide clinical oversight and leadership to all medical staff. 2. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure quality care. 3. Conduct regular assessments of patient care and services. 4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients. 5. Stay current with medical advancements and treatment methodologies. 6. Conduct training and mentorship for medical staff. 7. Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. 8. Participate in strategic planning and program development initiatives. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) with Board Certification in Psychiatry or a related field. Current medical license in Wisconsin. Strong understanding of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements. Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
