Medical Director A Medical Director is needed in Appleton, WI. Salary and Benefits Base Salary:
$250,000 to $280,000+ depending on experience
Annual Bonus Potential:
Based on productivity; $87 per encounter, paid in
January Health Insurance:
70% employer-covered, plus 75% of out-of-pocket costs

Approximately $194 per year
Paid Time Off:
3 weeks PTO in year one, plus 7 paid holidays (including 1 floating holiday)
