POSITION OVERVIEW
Executive-level outpatient leadership opportunity within a mission-driven community health organization Hybrid leadership model combining clinical care with administrative oversight responsibilities Lead approximately 15 clinical providers while maintaining direct patient care involvement Opportunity to shape clinical operations, provider workflows, documentation standards, and quality initiatives Serve underserved patient populations while helping drive operational and clinical excellence

SCHEDULE
Outpatient-only practice environment Approximately 80% clinical / 20% administrative split One administrative leadership day weekly Minimum patient volume expectation of 14 patients daily
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $215,000 - $230,000 annually for clinical duties Administrative compensation: $150/hour Relocation assistance available Tuition reimbursement or legal assistance for J-1 candidates Up to $110,000 in student loan repayment assistance 100% employer-paid medical insurance for family coverage FTCA malpractice coverage with no tail required $100,000 employer-paid life insurance Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match plus 1% automatic contribution Dental and vision insurance available 248 PTO hours annually 5 CME days with $2,500 CME allowance 7 paid holidays Employee discounts at employer-owned facilities Annual salary increases and bonus potential
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient primary care services within Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics scope Oversee approximately 15 clinical providers and support clinical operations Supervise advanced practice providers and collaborate with leadership teams Lead initiatives focused on documentation quality, operational efficiency, and patient care outcomes Oversee substance use disorder program operations Support underserved populations with strong Medicaid patient presence Partner closely with executive leadership on workflow and performance initiatives

Requirements:
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
REQUIRED
Minimum 10 years clinical experience
REQUIRED
Active West Virginia medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain Leadership qualities and provider oversight capability
REQUIRED
Comfortable balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities
REQUIRED
Strong operational and documentation improvement mindset
