RRG Behavioral is seeking an experienced Medical Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Huntington clinic. This position is ideal for a self-motivated provider who enjoys building relationships, growing a patient base, and helping a location reach its full potential. The ideal candidate must be comfortable providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Primary Care under the direction and support of RRG's Medical Director. About Recovery Resource Group (RRG) RRG is a Licensed Behavioral Health Center providing integrated medical, mental health, and recovery services throughout West Virginia. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that helps individuals and communities thrive. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive medical services including physical exams, medication management, and follow-up care. Deliver MAT services , primary care visits , and medical spa procedures within established protocols and scope. Collaborate with RRG's Medical Director, behavioral health team, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, integrated care. Build strong community and patient relationships to grow the clinic's services. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with all clinical standards. Contribute ideas and feedback to support continued program growth and patient satisfaction. What We're Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PMHNP) or Physician Assistant in West Virginia. DEA license or eligibility. Experience or interest in MAT & Primary Care services. Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or outpatient medical practice. Comfortable working independently with Medical Director oversight. Professional, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
