Qualifications:

Current certification as a Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) or equivalent Previous experience in radiation therapy dosimetry, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting Proficiency with radiation treatment planning software (e.g., Eclipse, Pinnacle, or similar) Solid understanding of radiation oncology physics, anatomy, and clinical workflow Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Design and calculate precise radiation treatment plans according to physician protocols Collaborate closely with Radiation Oncologists, Physicists, and Therapists to deliver optimal patient care Participate in QA procedures and maintain rigorous accuracy throughout all planning stages Document procedures, update records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Stay current with the latest advances in dosimetry and radiotherapy treatments
