Join our growing team at Cancer Care of Western New York, where we are committed to providing compassionate and innovative patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists and the oncology team to develop precise radiation treatment plans. Work closely with physicists and radiation therapists to ensure seamless integration of treatment plans into the clinical workflow. Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on physician recommendations and patient needs. Work in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere where communication and teamwork are essential to delivering the highest quality patient care. We use Eclipse V16 with Aria R/V and Radformation products to aid in contouring and workflow.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) or eligible for certification. Knowledge of radiation oncology principles, dose calculations, and clinical protocols. Experience with Varian Eclipse treatment planning system preferred. Ability to work effectively in a busy, collaborative environment.
