Schedule:
Day Shift:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (8-hour shifts; department may adjust as needed) No scheduled Saturdays Weekly 40-hour guarantee Occasional floating to other Radiation Oncology sites as requiredKey Qualifications:
Current NYS Radiologic Technologists Therapy License Certification:
ARRT (T), BLS Experience on Ethos or Varian machines strongly preferred Solid background in Adult Acute Care Proficient in: Custom molds/shields, tumor localization, block cutting, B-mode acquisition targeting, external beam therapy, IMRT, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, portal casts, wedges, compensation filters, dose calculation Skilled in radiation safety, PPE/precautions, rapid response/code teamsEPIC EMR
experience required Dependable, adaptable, able to work independently, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spiritCore Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective radiation therapy treatments based on physician directives Utilize advanced imaging and treatment planning technologies Maintain accurate documentation within theEPIC EMR
system Create custom molds, shields, and other devices to optimize patient care Uphold all radiation safety guidelines and infection control procedures Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams and float between locations as neededBenefit Highlights:
