Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Oversee daily operations for multiple clinic locations, supporting 2 or more practices. Lead, coach, and develop a team of clinical and non-clinical staff (15-40 team members). Partner with physician leadership to ensure efficient patient flow, scheduling, and access to care. Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and quality standards. Drive operational efficiency, revenue cycle optimization, and patient satisfaction initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and growth plans. Build a strong, team-oriented culture focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Experience managing clinic operations, budgets, and staff performance. Passion for continuous improvement, growth, and delivering high-quality patient care.
