Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across practice sites, ensuring seamless workflows and exceptional patient experiences. Provide leadership and direction to clinical and administrative teams Drive operational and financial performance through budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning. Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and leadership to support practice growth and success. Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for team members. Monitor reimbursement processes and collaborate with billing teams to optimize revenue cycle performance. Facilitate regular business reviews and implement action plans for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For 3+ years of physician practice management experience required Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Experience managing budgets, operations, and staff performance Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and revenue cycle processes Associate's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
