We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and proactive Veterinary Office Manager to support the daily operations of our veterinary practice. Under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Office Manager will help lead the front office team, ensure exceptional client service, and contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the practice.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is passionate about both team leadership and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the front desk and administrative teamSupport the Practice Manager with staff scheduling, payroll, and performance oversightManage client relations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfactionMaintain accurate financial records and oversee invoicing, deposits, and petty cashAssist with inventory control and ordering of office and medical suppliesCollaborate with veterinarians and technicians to support patient flow and careTrain and support team members in customer service, protocols, and software systemsHandle conflict resolution and promote a positive, team-focused environmentEnsure compliance with veterinary regulations and safety protocolsQualificationsWe're looking for:Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in veterinary or medical office management (preferred)Proficient in veterinary practice management software (e.g., AVImark, Cornerstone, or similar)Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressureExperience with budgeting, payroll, and HR functions a plusCompassionate, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong CommunicatorHighly organized and possess computer skillsSelf-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillsetOpen availability with flexibility to change hours based on hospital's needsAdditional InformationWe offer our staff:Pay:
