This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, exercises sound judgment independently, and takes pride in making leadership more effective. Job Duties Executive Support Manage a high volume of daily requests and competing priorities with professionalism and sound judgment Coordinate scheduling and help maintain alignment with key priorities Track action items and ensure follow-through Project & Administrative Execution Support leadership initiatives by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across teams Assist with event planning and special projects Prepare and organize documents, reports, and internal materials Office & Operational Support Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination Order equipment and supplies; coordinate with vendors and service providers Oversee the organization and maintenance of digital and physical filing systems Help ensure administrative tasks are completed and workflows stay on track Additional Responsibilities Provide occasional support for time-sensitive or high-priority administrative needs Step in during high-volume periods to assist with coordination and follow-through Qualifications Experience 4+ years supporting a senior executive or high-level professional Supervisory experience Experience in legal, medical, or professional services environments preferred Core Capabilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Strong judgment and problem-solving ability High level of discretion and professionalism Strong written and verbal communication skills Aptitude for working in collaborative team environments with a focus on maturity, proactive communication, relationship building skills and resiliency. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and shared collaborative tools such as Sharepoint and/or OneDrive for Office 365).
