Job Description

The Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting providers, clinical staff, and patients by overseeing all front office operations and assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the clinic. This is a working manager position responsible for both performing and overseeing front office duties while helping create an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Experience with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling systems, and office technology Previous experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), primary care clinic, or community health setting preferred Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Marijuana card is prohibited according to Act 593 Facial Piercings not allowed Must pass a pre employment drug screen and criminal background check.
